FAQ

  1. When will my order arrive?
  • Our knitwear is Made To Order. Our production time is between 10 and 14 working days. Thereafter, your order will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 working days.

2. What if my item/s are damaged?

  • If you receive a damaged item/s we will organise a courier to collect the order, return it to us, and we will send you a replacement.

3. How can I return my order?

  • You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. The product/s must be in the original packaging with the tag attached. This is at the customers own expense and we will only accept returns with The Courier Guy and PUDO unless confirmed otherwise.

4. Can I exchange my order?

  • Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange it for an alternative product on our website. Again, couriers are at the customers own expense.

5. What size is best for me?

- Please use the size guide on our website. If you are still unsure, don't hesitate to contact us via email and we will assist you further.

Our collections are thoughtfully designed and made in South Africa using natural fibres, timeless silhouettes and quality craftsmanship. Rather than creating for a season or a trend, we create with longevity in mind. Pieces to be worn often, loved deeply and lived in for years to come.

But KLD is about more than clothing.

It is a growing collection of curated pieces, meaningful stories and everyday inspiration that encourage a more intentional way of living. Whether it’s the knit you reach for on a cool morning, a favourite mug at the start of the day, or a quiet moment shared around the table, we believe these small rituals help us feel calmer, more grounded and quietly confident.
