Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

As each Kerryn Lee Designs piece is thoughtfully made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
